如果是手册出口需要提供出口加工贸易手册

空运一般贸易进口，加工贸易手册进口

需要资料：

1．进口提单

2．报关委托书，贸易合同，随机发票（或商业发票），装箱单，空运费发票，货物归类需要的相关资料

3．海关要求的监管证件（如A证：进境货物通关单）

加工贸易手册进口还需要提供加工贸易手册

出口转关——内地空运转空运出口

需要资料：

1．国内、国际航空运单

2．启运地口岸的关封（内有出口报关单、进出境汽车载货清单）

3．空运舱单数据确认单

4．货物出库交接单

空运出口转关——陆转空（转广州）

需要资料：

1．报关委托书，加工贸易手册（合同），发票，装箱单；

2．海关要求的监管证件；（如B证：出境货物通关单）

3．空运提单号（航空公司或者货代公司提供）；

4．载货车辆进闸单（航空公司或者货代公司提供）；

5．司机本以及运输公司的业务章（海关备案有效的）

6．进出境汽车载货清单（简称司机纸）
